In the world of electronic music, genre trends seem to come and go in a matter of months while we wish some have never faded away, one of those genres without is moombahton. Many believe 2017 will be the year of the moombah comeback and the certainly seemed to be the case right out of the gate.
Laidback Luke‘s Ultra contained a lethal dose because he believed the same and last weekend a producer’s career who was built around the energetic genre add some serious momentum to the movement one on of biggest stages in music, Dillon Francis at Coachella.
With his parents in attendance, Dillon put on a clinic whipping out a boatload of classics, showering the crowd with IDs and even brought out G-Eazy to perform their recent collaboration resulting in one unforgettable set.
