Lorn Releases Momentous Dark, Dystopian EP “VESSEL”
Toby Reaper

You know those times when you find a new artist and you can’t help but wish you had found them back when they had only a few followers so once they get huge you have the bragging rights of being a fan since the beginning? This is how I felt when I found Lorn a few months ago. However, his new EP “VESSEL” packs such a punch that I’m glad to even have found about him before he got WAY bigger. As long as he keeps innovating like he did with “VESSEL”, I have no doubt he will be a big player in the next few years.

Powerful dark and mysterious vibes throughout the 9 (plus one “hidden” piece available only on Soundcloud) tracks showcase Lorn’s distinctive sound design that could easily find its way into a dystopian sci-fi film. From hair-raising atmospheric pieces to dark and grimey breakbeats, “VESSEL” will take you on a dark and mysterious journey that you can call your own for whatever price you think is right. Although the entire EP is amazing, if you have limited listening time, I highly recommend checking out the tracks “Anvil”, “Conduit”, and “Dipped Into Poison”. If you feel the need, like I did, throw the man a few bucks and grab this masterpiece from his Bandcamp below.
