Mac Miller has been lurking in the shadows quietly crafting his next album, which according to Mac, has been in the making for 2.5 years and 9 draft albums were created in the process. Over the past few years since Blue Slide Park debuted and reached #1 on Billboard following the premiere of his hit “Donald Trump”, Mac has been carefully honing his craft and transforming his persona from a mainstream party goer to a psychedelic, spiritual outsider in the realms of hip-hop music. Since he premiered an interlude titled “Boo” off his forthcoming album three months ago, Mac Miller has been relatively quiet on all fronts music related until taking to Twitter to state some facts about his latest album, which will be the first release since signing to Warner last fall.
